To purchase a mobility scooter free of VAT you need to declare that you are 'chronically sick or disabled' and that the goods or services are for your own personal or domestic use. This is a self-certification system – we do not require proof of your impairment.
A person is 'chronically sick or disabled' if he or she is a person with either:
- a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities or
- a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness.
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.

Premium Crutch/Stick Holder
The Premium Crutch/ Walking Stick Holder is ideal for securing and storing crutches, walking sticks and even umbrellas onto your folding mobility scooter
To use the holder, one end should be clamped to the mobility scooter and the other to the walking stick / crutch / umbrella. The 360-degree angle adjustment allows the holder to be adjusted to a suitable angle, and the clamp itself consists of two parts combination, making it removable and convenient. This holder also features a rubber pad on the inner clip making it non-slip and anti-scratch.
To use the holder, you will need to be able to twist the handle to tighten/loosen the fitting and so this product is not recommended for those with limited dexterity .
For Zinnia X, the clamp can be placed on the steering column near the bottom to ensure it does not damage the stem as shown in the images. Please ensure you do not add anything heavy to the steering column as it cannot support heavy weight.
For Lupin & Ren, the ideal placement is at the rear of the scooter on the draw bar as seen in the images. Or if you prefer to place it at the front draw bar then this can be fitted the same way.
