- Confirmation Email - Scooters: To keep you informed, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery on the FedEx website.
Confirmation Email - Accessories: For lighter items like accessories, we utilise Royal Mail for shipping. These orders also ship within 1-2 business days, we will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched and you will have access to track this shipment on Royal Mails website and you will receive your lighter items within 2-5 business days.

It is important that you are home when the delivery is taking place as they will not leave your parcel at your door without someone accepting the delivery. The Fedex or Royal Mail drivers are not responsible for taking the parcel inside of your home or unpackaging the mobility scooter from its packaging.
It is also important that there is a clear route to your door as obstructions may cause the drivers to leave the parcel further away from your doorway if they cannot get through.

- If you are unable to receive a delivery and the goods are returned to us, a second postage equal to the original will be required to re-dispatch the goods, or if a refund is requested, a £15 deduction will be applied. to cover the cost of the failed delivery
- Please ensure that you enter a complete and accurate delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing or are delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery address information.
- Guarantee: If your order does not arrive within the specified time frame for your delivery address, we will refund the full cost of your postage and packing to you.
- Don't throw away the box! You'll need this for any warranty procedures. If you don't keep the box, we will charge £50 to send another one.
- If your order is less then £50 then we charge a shipping cost of £5.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Any duties/custom tax is to be paid by the customer upon arrival in destination country.
