Yes - every Axis comes with a full 1-year UK-based warranty meaning that if you ever have a problem with your scooter, just pick up the phone and we’ll sort it. If it’s not something we can diagnose and advise on over the phone we’ll arrange for it to be picked up from your home, repaired at our UK HQ and returned to you.

The system works as follows:

We deliver it to your home free of charge.
You try it without obligation.
If, within 14 days, you feel it it is not quite right for you, just call us, we’ll arrange it to be picked up from you (again free of charge), and refund your purchase price.
