A person is 'chronically sick or disabled' if he or she is a person with either:

  • a physical or mental impairment which has a long term and substantial adverse effect upon his or her ability to carry out everyday activities or
  • a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness.

It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who is only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.

Absolutely Amazing

I ordered my Zinnie last year and the delivery was as promised and there was nothing to assemble and after charging I practiced for a while and then went down the road 🛣️ to the nearby park and went around the lake which I had never been able to do for years.

I went on holiday to Crete and both the airport and the plane were a cinch and throughout the holiday it was so useful.

Whilst away 1of battery failed to charge, on getting home I contacted Betty&Betty customer service who sent me a label to return it but the P/O refused to accept it as it had batteries in it , on getting home I contacted C/S again and again they were very helpful and ask me dispose of it and they set me a replacement next day .

As for the service I've experienced this has got to be the best firm I've dealt with for years and as for the motabilty scooter I went to the Motabilty show and tried many but this one I found to be the one I to overall the best .
