Transaction and Refund Visibility

  • When you make a purchase, the transaction may initially appear as "pending" on your bank statement. This is normal and means your bank is processing the payment.
  • It usually takes 1-3 business days for the transaction to clear and appear as a completed charge on your statement.
  • For refunds, a similar process occurs. We will process your refund promptly, but it may not appear in your bank account immediately. First, you might see a "pending refund" on your statement.
  • The refund will then need to be processed by your bank, which can take 2-5 business days after we initiate it.
  • Please note that while we process refunds quickly on our end, the timing of when you see the money back in your account is controlled by your bank, not by us.
  • If you don't see your refund after 5 business days, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance and we can give you an ARN number that you can give to your bank to look into.

Warranty

All of our new products come with a 12 month warranty as standard. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your new scooter, Betty and Bertie has a ‘Warranty Charter’ which covers both the scope of the warranty and the way in which any problems you encounter will be rectified. We go ‘above and beyond’ to ensure we keep you mobile and to ensure that all our processes are as easy as possible.

NOTE - Don't throw away the box! You'll need this to return and for any warranty procedures. If you don't keep the box, we will charge £50 to send you a new one. We recommend flat packing it and storing under the bed or in the loft, or behind the sofa if you can.


Shipping Policy

All orders over £50 come with free shipping and if placed before 2:30pm Monday - Friday then they will be sent on a next working day service by FedEx

  • Please note we only ship to the UK.
  • Priority Delivery will require a signature on delivery.
  • Please note all orders need to be placed before 2.30pm, Monday-Friday in order to benefit from same day dispatch. (Excludes Bank Holidays and stated closed days).
  • Please do not throw the box away as you will need this for returns and warranty claims. We will charge £50 for a replacement box
