Happy bunny

I have just purchased an ultralight 12kg genie mobility scooter ..I first went to Betty+ Bertie a few months ago looking to replace my scooter with one I could manage myself to get in and out of the car ..Aran explained that there was nothing suitable for me then but in the future they were expecting a lightweight to come in .. a few months later true to his word he phoned to say it had arrived .. I went online , like we all do and found it a few pound cheaper which they said they would price match . I prefer to shop locally so the price match was agreed . When I went to Betty + Bertie for my test drive and do the deal Aran checked out the company and found out that it was a scam, so had I brought online I would have been well and truely screwed I got a year free insurance as well as the warranty. Being an owner already of a mobility scooter I know all the ins and out but Vicky and Ruby were happy to take me through step by step all I can say to anyone reading my review and considering buying a scooter. Look no further This company and it’s employees are a refreshing change from the normal hard sell that you get from other mobility companies. Give them a try You won’t be disappointed. The only upset with my visit today was that I couldn’t take take the genie with me as my car was full up Can’t wait to start my adventures with BETTY. Yes that’s the name I’ll give Her Thanks to all the staff for all their help.
